Overview
Pepora Health (ABN 64 110 681 801) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of our research-grade products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@pepora.health. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Unopened Products
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original, sealed condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed products. This policy exists to ensure the integrity and purity of all compounds in our supply chain.
Lost in Transit
All orders include tracked shipping. If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. If your order appears to be lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have confirmed your return or claim.
