All Pepora peptides are verified to ≥98% purity via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Our current average across all products is 99.2%. Purity data is documented on the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis included with every order.
A Certificate of Analysis is an independent laboratory report that documents the identity, purity and quality of a specific batch. Every Pepora product ships with a batch-specific COA from a third-party lab — not a generic or recycled report. You can also download the COA directly from the product page before purchasing.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment. For short-term storage, refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended. For long-term storage, keep peptides at –20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation.

These products have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Yes — we ship Australia-wide from our Gold Coast warehouse. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment via AusPost Express with full tracking provided.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Australian warehouse. Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days for metro areas and 3–5 business days for regional locations. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is shipped.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us directly to discuss payment arrangements.
Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is otherwise defective, contact us within 48 hours at contact@pepora.health and we will resolve it promptly. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery — please contact us for a return authorisation.
