Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
All orders are shipped via tracked courier from our facility in Queensland, Australia. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- QLD metro — 1–2 business days
- NSW, VIC, SA metro — 2–4 business days
- WA, TAS, NT metro — 3–5 business days
- Regional and remote areas — 5–8 business days
These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount — see checkout for current offers.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. Products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link for updates. If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, or if the order appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the courier. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on lost or damaged orders.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Pepora Health is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
