An Ingredient Verification Report is an independent third-party document that confirms the identity, concentration and microbiological safety of a specific batch. Every Pepora product is backed by a batch-specific verification report from an independent cosmetic chemistry laboratory — not a generic or recycled document. You can also view the report for any product on its detail page before purchasing.

Pepora cosmetic formulations should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. For optimal active ingredient stability, refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended after opening. Avoid extreme temperatures. Once opened, use within the period indicated on the product packaging for best results.

No. Pepora Health is 100% cruelty-free. We never test our formulations on animals at any stage of development or production. Our ingredient quality and safety verification is performed entirely through independent cosmetic chemistry analysis.

Shipping & Payments

Yes — we ship Australia-wide from our Gold Coast warehouse. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment via AusPost Express with full tracking provided.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Australian warehouse. Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days for metro areas and 3–5 business days for regional locations. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is shipped.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. For bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us directly to discuss payment arrangements.

Due to hygiene and quality control requirements for cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is otherwise defective, contact us within 48 hours at contact@pepora.health and we will resolve it promptly. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery — please contact us for a return authorisation.
